Terms of Service

• "User" / "you" — any person who registers or uses the Service.
• "Account" — your personal access to the Service.
• "Content" — any data, text, images, results, or media you upload or generate.
• "Coins" — virtual in-app currency that has no monetary value outside the Service.

• You must be at least 16 years old. Users under 16 require verifiable parental consent.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account per person; multi-accounting to manipulate leaderboards or tournaments is prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Submit false game results, manipulate scores, or otherwise game the leaderboard.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Upload illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful content.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
• Use the Service for commercial spam, unsolicited marketing, or bulk-account creation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and process it for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

The PlayAsOne™ name, logo, design, software, and all related branding are owned by the Operator or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Coins are a virtual currency for use within the Service. They have no cash value, are non-refundable once used, and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
• Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. Prices and bundle sizes are shown at the moment of purchase and may change.
• EU consumer right of withdrawal: where applicable, by purchasing and immediately using digital coins, you expressly consent that the right of withdrawal lapses upon use, in line with Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
• Unused coins remain on your account until used or until account deletion.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We are not liable for downtime, data loss outside our control, or third-party service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you did not pay anything. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

• You may delete your account at any time via account settings or by emailing us.
• We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, abusive behaviour, or legal/security reasons.
• Upon termination, sections related to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the user's country of residence.
